The Bach TB501 student trombone, designed specifically for beginners, is a durable and high-quality instrument with a stunning clear lacquer finish, producing a warm, rich sound. As part of Vincent Bach Instruments – creators of the world-renowned Stradivarius trombones – you can trust its longevity. The TB501 features a nickel silver slide, ensuring a smooth glide and high corrosion resistance. The brass outer slides and yellow brass bell create a visually appealing combination, while the chrome-plated nickel silver inner handslide tubes enable quick action.

The bell offers easy projection and control, making it perfect for avid learners while its small bore provides an easy-blowing experience. This affordable trombone includes a case with rucksack straps, a Vincent Bach mouthpiece, and slide grease, setting you up for success from the start.

About us

Edinburgh Music centre is the expansion of Brass and Woodwind musical instrument restoration and repair est 2002.

Having studied orchestral instrument restoration in 1995 for 3 years and a further 4 years apprenticeship, I opened Brass and woodwind in a small workshop in south west Edinburgh.

We have grown and now have 3 workshops for brass woodwind and string instruments, along with chemical and ultrasonic cleaning room and a pro polishing room, I believe it to be the finest and best equipped musical instrument restoration workshop in the UK.

We have built a showroom for the huge range of instruments we have restored over the years and now offer a large selection of new and fully reconditioned instruments.

We want to thank everyone who has used the shop and workshops over the last 20 years for your continued and valued custom and invite you to visit Edinburgh Music centre for a very warm welcome and the best range musical instruments and accessories available.
